Thermo King Western Inc is GROWING !!! -  and we are looking for an Administrative Assistant who is an out-going, detail oriented, customer-focused individual, to help our Truck Body, Compressor and Refrigeration Divisions.

 Key Responsibilities (not limited to)

  • Assist Account Managers in preparing quotes
  • Follow up with stakeholders on outstanding quotes/proposals
  • Manage e-mails and assist with scheduling needs
  • Follow-up with customers on job scheduling and milestone updates
  • Maintaining up-to date product knowledge
  • Assist in CRM updates and maintenance
  • Assist in customer portal maintenance and updates
  • Assist in campaign management (tracking/measuring)
  • Work with Marketing Manager to help with marketing initiatives
  • Assist Account Managers with administration tasks as required
  • Back up billers for invoicing (vacations)
  • Back-up for reception (lunch/vacations)

Requirements

  • Post secondary courses or diploma in business or related field
  • 1-3 years as sales assistant/admin role in an industrial/commercial environment (non-retail)
  • Experience in preparing formal quotes/proposals
  • CRM experience a MUST
  • Pipedrive experience an asset
  • Basic project management skills an asset
  • MS EXCEL intermediate level (Manipulate tables/graphical formulas)
  • MS WORD intermediate level (Mail merge/business formatting)
  • Use of vehicle as this position will work out of two locations (5km apart)
    • Mornings at one location and afternoons at another

Commensurate with education and experience
